· Go to your neighborhood PESCO subdivision or divisional office during their working hours.

· Make contact with either SDO, XEN or higher management to discuss your bill.
· How settled are you financially? If necessary, kindly ask for a special installment plan.
Step 3: Submit a Written Application
· Write a bill installment letter asking for help payments.
· Please attach the following documents:
o A copy of your latest PESCO bill.
o Make sure to hand over a copy of your CNIC if it is required.
Step 4: Approval & Installment Plan Setup
· The officer will review and deal with your request.
· Once you are approved, your bill will be processed in two or four even payments.

You have to go to selected post offices or banks to pay the installments for your PESCO bill. Since installment payments don’t appear on the online billing portal. You cannot fund your account through JazzCash, Easypaisa or mobile banking; direct banking is required.
