1. PESCO Demand Notice Fee 2025 for Domestic Single-Phase Connections

The most frequent connection is a single-phase household connection. This is necessary for residential electricity use. PESCO levies fees based on geography (varying rates in 2025 for rural and urban areas). Also, in metropolitan locations, housing societies may have distinct fee systems than local communities;

PESCO provides commercial single-phase connections to stores and small enterprises.  The demand notice charge for this connection is PKR 23,000.

3. 2025 Domestic 3-Phase Demand Notice Charges – PESCO Fee Structure

WAPDA has changed its policy. A three-phase connection is now required for properties greater than 5 Marla. This applies to any new household connections. The PESCO demand notice cost for a three-phase connection is between PKR 95,000 and 105,000.

4. Three-phase commercial demand notice fee 2025

5. Three-Phase Agricultural Tubewell Fee – PESCO Demand Notice Details 2025

An agricultural tubewell connection requires a much higher demand notice fee.  This is because it needs more infrastructure.  The setup consists of electrical poles, transformers, and wire.  It also features a three-phase meter.

 The anticipated cost is between PKR 500,000 and 1,000,000.  It depends on the area and installation needs.

6. Industrial and Societies Connection Fees

PESCO determines the demand notice fees (updated 2025) for industrial/housing society connections.  These fees are set by senior management.  The quantity is not set.  It varies depending on the location, infrastructural requirements, and connection type.

Demand Notice Validity and Payment Procedure

Validity Period:
Once issued, your PESCO demand notice is valid for one month in 2025.  You must pay it within this timeframe.  If not, you may need to reapply for a fresh demand notice.

Payment Method: The demand notice fee may only be paid at approved bank branches, including UBL (United Bank Limited), ABL (Allied Bank Limited), Habib Bank Limited, and other allocated commercial bank branches.
